      Q. I have damaged on my order, Please Help!
  1. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt. Please contact us Info@superutensil.com and provide damaged images and a full description of the product. Once received we will decide the best action regarding exchange or refund.
      Q. How long is my order going to take?
  1. We work to get our orders out for delivery as soon as possible and normally manage this within 3 - 4 days.
      Q. would like to order in bulk quantities, can you arrange this for me and what is the procedure for special orders?
  1. Purchasing in high quantities can depend on product to product and is not always available. You will need to specify which products you are looking to bulk buy to enquiries at Info@superutensil.com
      Q. I cannot see the quantity I want on your website. Can you get it for me?
